Matt Taylor, MUMFL Manager

Record: Unknown

Matt “Marty” Taylor is the first of the new MUMFL managers to be profiled. A crowd favourite down at MUMCC, Matty’s infamous off-field antics have been embedded into the club’s folklore, and he no doubt will have the same sort of impact in the Fantasy Footy world. Unlike Macca, Matt’s “achievements” are comprehensively documented, and the managers who do not yet know Matt will be in for quite a ride when stories start to leak! An avid Eagles and Dreamteam supporter, Matt claims to have been a top 4 Dreamteamer for a number of years, which was backed up by finishing as runner up in the Draft-Style DT league in 2015. Vinny well and truly has a contender to take his “McRapist” title from him, but let’s hope in 9 months time, after the draft and trading has all happened, Matt will have “created” something he wants to put his name to.

Tom Lewis, KFL Manager and MUMFL Co-Manager

Record: 52 wins, 36 losses and 2 draws

Tommy has made KFL finals in 4 of his 5 KFL seasons and has the second highest winning percentage of any manager. He drafts extremely well and has been a serious challenger for the past two years. He sees himself as a 50 year KFL manager and is so passionate about the competition that he has expanded this great game to 10 new managers with the new MUMFL league kicking off for 2016. The shame of consecutive straight-sets finals exits is only surpassed by the shame of his 2012 trade debacle. A huge season awaits in 2016 to see if his premiership window has closed or if he truly deserves his top 5 ranking. How he didn't claim the 2015 title (or even win a 2015 final) with Buddy, Cameron, Steven, Parker, Hooker and co is beyond me.
